About Zoë Marrich-Simon

Experienced User Experience Researcher with a passion for asking questions, communication, storytelling, and diving deep. Skilled in User Testing, Journey Mapping, Diary Studies, Video Analysis, User Experience, Prototyping, and Visual Design. Strong technology background, finished a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019. Previously Co-Op’d with Bose, interned for AT&T DirecTV, Nordstrom, Mobeous, Finish Line.

Currently working for IBM as a User Research Designer.

Zoë has always had a skill for asking questions and solving problems in unexpected ways. She works to ask the right questions to inform her insights helping the design.

Zoë has completed a Masters of Science in Human Computer Interaction (HCI). Her Bachelors degree is in Informatics and Computing with concentrations in Apparel Merchandising, Business, and Human Computer Interaction.
